HONEY, It's not all about MONEY... Life is about WINNING!
Thankfully, to me, life isn't just about only money. Nor it is about power alone. It's a way of thinking. An important approach to winning. '
These are 10 concepts, I follow:
One of the tests of leadership is the ability to recognize a problem before it becomes an emergency.

1. Evolve - Most of us remain un-evolved. In todays' connected world, we are still unconnected. Instead of being brilliant individually, the need is to work brilliantly together with the human race across globe.
If everything seems under control, you're not going fast enough.

2. Accept Change - As a 'boss' is to the 'leader', similarly 'control' is to 'manage' . You got it right! We need to learn to give up complete control, but need to learn how not to forget to manage. Change is anyways inevitable. We must learn to accept the change and to the insight that resides within the change.
The reason most of major goals are not achieved is that we spend our time during second things first.

3. Put Winning First - Every one of us wants to win. Its said, "You don't win silver. You loose gold." Dare to Dream. Then Dream. Make your dream chase your goodself while you keep pace with winning and all the changes associated with it in the process of evolution.
Luck is the residue of design.

4. Think BIG - Winning starts from thinking BIG. This is like foundation element.
Opportunities multiply as they are seized.

5. Open up - Most of us have grown so mature that opening up can be a fearsome thing indeed. But, it's unavoidable when we are on winning roadmap. We need to adopt internet as backbone. Networking is the key. We need to integrate ourselves with rest of the world. We need to speak common language and understand every culture we touch.
If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favorable.

6. Live by the rules - Unless you yourself live by the rules, you cannot expect your people to live by the rules. And thats the hard part. If they don't, independent thinkers will develop independent systems. If you define and stick to the rules, road to winning will get shorter.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

7. Get buy-in - To win and reach there on your own is one degree above suicidal. You need allies. You need buy-in. Without them, you cannot move an inch forward. If you think you can, you are not moving forward at all. Simple.
Creativity is the power to connect the seemingly unconnected.

8. Have a mentor - If winning is number 1 priority for you, it shouldn't be left to chance. You need a mentor to guide you.
Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it into small jobs.

9. Build incrementally - In the game of Winning, the key is flow. And keyword is inceremental. Infact thats the only way. One after another, continue the migration. It's about tactics, not tidal waves.
Even if you are on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.

10. Believe in GOD - GOD is the only sun that brightens our life. GOD, to me, is everything as He is my creator. I place him first, before everything, and before everyone, everytime at everyplace. FIRST in Family, Investment, Religion, Self, Time...
